Shooting on the farm
As a present for their dad, Hannah & Jack were asked to do a portrait shoot, but it had to be kept under wraps, because it was a surprise present. It was going to be a January birthday present, but I was thrilled when Kate, who organised the shoot, decided she couldn’t wait and gave them for Christmas. It meant, not only was she pleased, but I would get to blog the shoot a few days earlier.
It was a perfect, crisp autumnal day and I was so excited when I saw the farm location we were going to be shooting at. There were childhood memories here and with the colours and textures, it was easy to be inspired. Thanks to Kate for booking this and Hannah & Jack for being good sports on the day. I hear your dad liked his present and it is great to think they are hanging on the wall for their family & friends to see.
