I have two areas in the business that operate quite differently in terms of customer requirements. Wedding clients often ask if they will get the disc of their images as they don’t want to miss out on a single image from the day. Portrait clients often have just one portrait in mind and prefer something tangible in their hands other than ‘just a disc’. This also varies from client to client and their experience with printers, computers, free time etc. Wedding clients don’t always buy and album and rarely buy a product to put up at home.
